My Ducts Were Just Cleaned, Do I Need them Sanitized?
Cleaning your ducts and sanitizing them are not the same thing. Sanitizing is usually done after the ducts are cleaned and if there was any bacteria growth visible in them. While most of this bacteria growth is removed during the cleaning process, sanitizing the ducts can severely inhibit further growth. A fogger is used to introduce the sanitizing agent throughout the ducts. The sanitizer dries fast and leaves your ducts virtually germ-free.
